Day 1-Core Synergetics
So, I started P90x last night. It was definitely one of the harder exercises I’ve ever done. I have to say, as difficult as it was I actually stuck with it for the hour (minus the bonus exercises, I’m saving those for when I’m good at it). The one thing I didn’t really like about the program was that it was mostly push ups. I assume that eventually as I go with the program I’ll have a better grasp of them, but for now, ouchies.
The only thing that is really bothering me about this though is, I was told I’d be in a lot more pain today and I have to say, except for my legs I am not really that uncomfortable. Did I do it wrong? I really pushed myself too. I guess I’ll see how I feel tomorrow.
Tonight, is cardio.
