Well, Day 2 was definitely a good workout. I dont think I’ve sweat like that since we went hiking in Israel in 100 degree heat.
Now that I’ve actually stuck with something for 3 days (I went to the gym Monday so Im counting that =P) I kind of want to keep going. I read that it takes 21 days for something to become a habit so here I go.
Im looking forward to being sore tomorrow.
